Evolver Wins USPTO Contract to Provide Information Technology End User Support (EUS) Services
August 26, 2009 - Reston, VA, Evolver, Inc today announced that it will provide End User Support (EUS) services for the Chief Information Officer of The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). This five-year contract will deliver technology support services across 4 locations with a contract value of $132.5 million.
The mission of the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is to administer the laws and regulations related to patents and trademarks in order to promote industrial and technical progress in the United States and strengthen the national economy. The USPTO carries out its mission by examining patent and trademark applications, issuing patents and registering trademarks, disseminating patent and trademark information to the public and by encouraging a domestic and international climate in which intellectual property can flourish.
Under the End User Support (EUS) services contract, Evolver will provide Desktop Deployment and Moves (DDM), Desktop Field Support (DFS), Audio/Visual (A/V) Tech Support, Integrated Enterprise Baseline Support (IEBS), Asset Management, IT Inventory Support, Lab Desktop Support, Network Operations, SIRA Delivery, Storage Administration, Technical Writing, Warehouse Operations, and Web TA Call Center support.
