Customer Challenge/Need:
ACES needed a small business partner to provide facilities management and educational services across 28 locations and 11 time zones in the northwestern United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Japan and Korea. It was imperative for the selected organization to not only fulfill all ACES performance needs but also provide a seamless transition of a large, geographically dispersed, incumbent workforce consisting of education, counseling, and information technology professionals.
Evolver Solution:
Evolver’s detailed project planning and utilization of a suite of automation tools and web-based communications, enabled a successful transition of the first 180 trained, professional personnel at 25 locations in less than five days after notification of award. Evolver accomplished a 100 % incumbent capture across 11 time zones and three countries in 5 days with no disruption of service to soldiers. The remaining 70 resources were under a separate task order and transitioned six months later with no disruption to service delivery or mission accomplishment.
In addition, leveraging our ACES expertise and robust recruiting capability, Evolver has maintained a replacement rate of less than 10 days for any resource that transitions off of the contract. Throughout the first 3 years of the contract, Evolver personnel have been described as professional, flexible, responsive, capable and extremely helpful in providing support and resolving problems. Our ISO 9000 certified quality organization ensures all Evolver personnel comply with DOD, Army and local regulations, directives, and policies. This contract is managed in compliance with Service Contract Act (SCA) regulations. This project clearly demonstrates Evolver’s ability to deliver:
