Reston, VA, Evolver Inc. announced today that it has received a task order under its partnership with Audi of America to implement a system to support its Audi Care Program. Audi of America, with headquarters in Herndon, VA, is responsible for sales and support for over 270 dealerships in North America.
The new Audi Care Integration system will be used to initiate, track, and report on extended warranty contracts for both new and certified pre-owned vehicles. Utilizing a web based application integrated with its corporate systems, the new system will provide Audi with the ability to centralize and streamline all Audi Care data, efficiently process dealer fees and refunds, and significantly improve performance and productivity within the post sales department.
