Reston, VA – Evolver Inc. announced today that it is among the companies awarded an Information and Computing Technologies for the 21st Century (ICT21) contract by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The prime contractor to FDA on the program is CSC, an IT company based in Falls Church, VA. The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract has a 10-year base period and a maximum ceiling value of $2.5 billion for all firms.
The contract supports an extensive modernization of FDA’s IT program, encompassing data management and warehousing and IT infrastructure and security. The modernization will address the FDA’s evolving IT requirements and enable the agency to better acquire, analyze and act on critical information related to medical product safety and food and import protection.
“We’re very excited to be part of this project and look forward to working with the FDA and CSC,” said Michael O’Kane, president of Evolver. “This is a strong vote of confidence in the Evolver team, our skills and our years of experience serving the public sector’s IT needs.”
