In July 2008, Evolver’s Richard Taylor presented the key note address on data quality at a special breakfast meeting in Rome attended by government statisticians representing seven different countries. The presentation demonstrated the data quality methodology and models developed by Evolver in conjunction with the Lockheed Martin Census Business Practice for the upcoming US 2010 census. These models provide federal statistics organizations the ability to accurately predict and control the cost and quality outcomes for large data capture systems typically used for national census events.
