October 2007 - IBM Global Services selects Evolver as its teaming partner.
IBM Global Services selects Evolver as its teaming partner in support of the US Army's GoArmyEd web-based portal and associated infrastructure. Through this portal, Soldiers access and utilize tuition assistance benefits in their off-duty voluntary education endeavors. The U.S. Army awarded IBM a $214M contract to be the integrator of technical and other services for this gateway to all Army Continuing Education System (ACES) services. IBM chose Evolver as its partner because of Evolver's excellent reputation providing educational services to thousands of US Army soldiers located around the globe and their ability to provide quality information technology support across the system development life cycle.

August 2007 - Evolver Inc. relocates corporate headquarters to new office in the Dulles corridor.
Evolver, Inc. is pleased to announce the recent expansion and relocation of its corporate headquarters to 1943 Isaac Newton Square, Suite 260, Reston VA. With the recent award of several prime contracts and organic project growth, additional space was necessary to serve its government and commercial clients. Today, Evolver has approximately 200 employees nationwide and multiple growth opportunities in the pipeline. "Our new headquarters is an important investment in our future" said Evolver's founder and President, Michael O'Kane.

November 2007 - Evolver to provide Systems Architecture support to Dodge & Cox
Evolver has been awarded a contract by Dodge & Cox, an industry leader in investment management and mutual funds, to provide system engineering services. Under the contract, Evolver will be responsible for designing and delivering a common data feed framework and providing database and application support. In addition, Evolver will be involved with the rollout of new compliance, trading, and reconciliation systems.

April 2007 - Evolver to provide Data Architecture support to Fannie Mae
Evolver has been awarded a subcontract agreement to provide Fannie Mae, the largest buyer and backer of US home loans, to provide application and database architecture support for the redesign of the Guaranty Business System. The new system will handle the processing of payments for all single family home loans and packaging of loans into securities. Evolver's main responsibilities will be to help in the design of a common batch framework as well as database performance and tuning.

January 2007 - Evolver has been awarded a contract from Chemonics International to assist in the modernization of customs processes for members of the CAFTA trade group.
Evolver is currently engaged in an effort to develop a trade portal to support the improvement of goods traveling into and out of the member countries of Costa Rica, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, and the Dominican Republic. Our team is tasked with the development of a web portal that will assist trader in determining the origin of goods and producing certificates of origin. We are working with the customs agencies of each country to develop interfaces to data sources resident in a wide variety of forms with the goal of providing direct access to the certificates of origin sources.

Evolver has leveraged its extensive experience gained from working a variety of project for the Department of Homeland Security and specifically Customs and Boarder Protection. The services provided by Evolver on the CAFTA project include: Project Management, Requirements development, Systems Design, Application Development, External Data Source Interfacing, and In- country Training and Support.

January 2007 - Evolver acquires Global Solutions Provider agreement with IBM Federal.

January 2007 - Evolver starts work on the Census Bureau's Field Data Collection Automation (FDCA) contract with Harris Corporation.

October 2006 - Evolver awarded 5 year, $40 Million Army Contract
The Department of the Army has awarded Evolver a forty million dollar prime contract for continuing education support services. Under the five-year contract, Evolver will lead the transition and management of education support services at 29 locations across 3 regions including OCONUS sites in Korea and Japan. July 2006 - Evolver Secures DHS EAGLE Contract Vehicle
Evolver was awarded a DHS EAGLE Contract, as part of a team led by General Dynamics Information Technology (GD-IT). DHS-EAGLE is an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract that is designed for ease-of-use, with no administrative fees applied by DHS.

April 2006 - Evolver Recognized for 100% Award Score on Lockheed Martin's DRIS Team
Evolver, part of the Lockheed Martin Team from the Census Bureau to develop and operate an information processing system for the nation's 2010 Census, received a 100% award score for the re-plan period from the Census Bureau. (See Press Release)

March 2006 - Three Evolver employees are recognized for their performance on the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) program at the U.S. Customs and Border Protection agency. (See Press Release)

February 2006 - Dave Foresman Joins Evolver's Management Team
Mr. Foresman's experience in Knowledge Management Capabilities and Intelligence Agencies complements Evolver's solutions offerings to our clients. Mr. Foresman specializes in DOD and the intelligence community operations with experience in systems design and implementation programs.

November 2005 - General Dynamics and Evolver enter into a Department of Homeland Security Mentor Protégé Program
Together we will optimize our organizational maturity in the areas of quality, DCAA accounting practices, business development and subcontract management. Our relationship with General Dynamics will enable Evolver to offer a broader range of consultancy, expertise, and technology solutions to the Department of Homeland Security.

October 2005 - Evolver Secures Treasury's TIPSS-3 Contract Vehicle
As part of the small business team led by InSysCo (Information Systems Consulting Group), Evolver will provide Information Systems Support for the Treasury Department, its agencies, and other Government Departments. The TIPSS-3 contract has a potential value of $3 billion over a five year period.

September 2005 - Evolver on the Lockheed Martin Team's 2010 US Census DRIS Contract
Lockheed Martin recognizes Evolver as a Tier 1 subcontractor on their team to develop and operate an information processing system for the nation's 2010 Census. Under the six-year contract valued at approximately $500 million, the team will develop and deploy the Decennial Response Integration System (DRIS) for the Bureau, which will include a publicized option for filing census surveys via the Internet.

August 2005 - Disney Mobile CIO Contract Awarded to Evolver
The Walt Disney Internet Group will launch a new line of business and offer mobile phone service as a Virtual Mobile Network Operator (MVNO) in 2006.  Evolver  supported DisneyMobile's VP of Technology in a strategic consulting capacity.  Evolver's Communications Solutions supported solution architecture, vendor selecton and management in the areas of Operations Support Systems (OSS), Web Portal, Intelligent Network, and Advanced Data Platform.  Evolver provided senior leadership to launch-c ritical functions, including, Carrier Relations, Operational Readiness, Business Requirements, Technical Architecture, Program Management, Release Planning, and Commercial Business Launch execution.

Febuarary 2005 - Evolver's Communications Practice Sponsors Federal Networks Conference
Evolver's Communications Solutions practice co-sponsored the Federal Networks 2005 conference. The annual conference serves as an important forum for government agencies and solution providers to discuss strategies for net-centric solutions to the government's challenges - including, Networx, Integrated Wireless Network (IWN), Homeland Security Information Network (HSIN), DoD Net-Centric Enterprise Services (NCES), and IPv6 migration.
