Census R&D 2014 is an IDIQ, multiple task order contract to support the Census Bureau’s unbiased, objective, scientific research and development activities that encompass a broad scope and a large number of topics related to the survey research field. Evolver was awarded a prime contract across 3 areas and a sub-contract to CVS within one area.
