Evolver was established in December 2000 and has headquarters in Reston, Virginia. We are a firm of specialists, bringing together the best and the brightest, and
provide careers to
those who have specific experience in solving technology problems. Our employees share a common vision, passion, and enthusiasm to provide our clients with the leading-edge solutions required in today's changing business environment.
We comprehend the numerous ways in which government agencies and companies can use technology to better enable their business processes, and we recognize the inherent challenges in change. We use our years of experience and recent advances in technology to
provide services that
help Evolver clients make and attain these strategic improvements. Furthermore, we possess the critically important ability to communicate these ideas to all levels of a client's organization.
In the past six years we have established a reputation for providing exceptional architecture, program management, engineering and operations support to mission critical IT programs including four national census efforts and Department of Homeland Security (DHS) modernization programs. In September 2005, we were awarded the U.S. 2010 Census Decennial Response Integration System ( DRIS) contract on the Lockheed Martin team. The Census Bureau will use the integrated response system to provide respondent assistance as well as data capture for the 2010 Census.
Evolver has been a reliable partner with DHS-Customs Border Protection's Customs Modernization Program since 2002 providing leadership, systems' support and technology solutions. We significantly contributed to the success of the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Releases 1, 2, 3, and 4, and the Selectivity & Targeting Releases S1 and S2.
Evolver has been awarded contracts in the Commercial Market as well, providing solutions to corporations such as Disney Mobile, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, CSC, and Bearing Point. In November 2005, the General Dynamics and Evolver's Mentor Protégé Program was officially accepted and recognized by DHS. General Dynamics, a leading integrator of systems, technology and products, will strengthen and enrich Evolver's organizational maturity and capabilities.
